As a contractor, I’ve worked with analysts from the Darwin AI team to design social media graphics for a variety of brands. The team uses analytics from past projects, along with client feedback and input, to create prompts for me to use. Using these prompts and the client’s brand guidelines, I complete batches of graphics and projects on a 1-2 day turnaround.

 
 
 
 

TOP Agency

Working as the agency’s only in-house designer, my time was split between designing for internal platforms and one-off requests, the company’s rebrand to TOP Agency, and as the dedicated designer for the client, Tivic Health. As a full-service client, Tivic Health received social media content on a quarter-based schedule. I worked with an internal team to help fill out the content calendar for each quarter with concepts — then the visuals. Our main objectives were to provide helpful tips and tricks, showcase events + milestones, and promote their sinus pain relief product, ClearUP.

As a Senior Content Designer, my day consisted of managing new employee training, project management with leadership across departments, and, of course, designing graphics. Out of a queue-based system, I created up to 25 social graphics per day for a wide range of clients, many of which had to pass Facebook’s boosting guidelines (less than 20% of the image can contain text).
